Two new podcasts out there that I would recommend. First is Dolly Parton’s America. An interesting look at an interesting person. The first episode was quite good. The other is Dust. A new sci-fi anthology.

Dust as in Hugh Howey, Silo Series? I read those when they came out, great series.

I heard some of the Dolly one when it was reposted under radiolab. Pretty interesting really. And I didn’t even expect to care about it at all.

Thanks I’m always looking for new podcasts. Something true is my new favorite. Odd true stories told in a delightful British accent that swears beautifully.
And if you like Sci fi you got to try this. Might be my favorite podcast but it takes forever to get a episode out but it’s a top notch production.

I’m a podcast fiend. Along with the usual newsy-type things, and the obvious ones like 99% Invisible, 20K Hz, and Reply All, I’d like to recommend Ear Hustle .
Last week I caught up after a long break, and it was more stunning than before. Stories from inmates at San Quentin State Prison. Can’t recommend it enough.
A friend of mine told me about the Dolly Parton one, and I’m definitely going to listen. I’ve loved Radiolab since before Robert Krulwich was even on it. Everything they do is amazing.
